By accessing or using TinyMatch (tinymatch.ca), including submitting any form, creating an account, or subscribing to any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use TinyMatch.
TinyMatch is an Ontario-based childcare matching platform. We are not a childcare provider, licensed agency, or daycare operator. We do not guarantee that you will find childcare through TinyMatch.
You must be at least 18 years old, located in or seeking childcare in Ontario, and provide accurate information when using TinyMatch.
Listing a daycare, claiming it, posting openings, receiving matched families and tour requests, editing your public page, and uploading your own waitlist (up to 500 families per centre) are free.
An optional plan for claimed centres. When available it includes: automated 25-day check-ins with every family on your uploaded waitlist; invitations sent on your centre's behalf to families on your list who are not yet on TinyMatch; your own list's ready families alerted first when you post an opening; a monthly demand report for your centre; export of your cleaned list; no waitlist size limit. TinyMatch may add, change or retire individual features with reasonable notice. Director Premium is offered per location; a head office with several centres is billed for each centre it enables.
By uploading a waitlist you confirm that your centre collected that information itself, that you are permitted to share it with a service provider, and that you will tell families on request that TinyMatch holds it on your behalf. TinyMatch uses an uploaded list only for the centre that uploaded it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Once available, Premium will be billed at $9.99 CAD/month and Director Premium at $49 CAD/month per location, each renewing automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe. Director Premium starts with a 14-day free trial; you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time from your account or dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and features stay on until then. We do not offer prorated refunds except as required by Ontario consumer protection law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
You agree not to submit false information, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, scrape TinyMatch data, use the platform to harass providers, or post spot listings that are not genuine.
TinyMatch does not verify all information submitted by users. You are responsible for independently verifying the status of any daycare before making childcare decisions. Waitlist position estimates are approximate.
TinyMatch is provided 'as is'. TinyMatch's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or $50 CAD. TinyMatch is not liable for any failure to find childcare or any consequence thereof. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
These Terms are governed by Ontario law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Ontario.
We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
